The process is a bit complex, but it allows you to adjust footage without signing in to a Microsoft account or paying for premium features. Here’s how to find it: 

1. Open the Photos app — Go to your existing Photos app. This will likely be the newest version rather than Legacy.
2. Download Legacy — Open the settings page, scroll down, and look for the button that says “Get Photos Legacy.” Click it.
3. Start Legacy — Once it downloads, open Legacy. It’ll ask you to download Clipchamp; tap “Maybe later” to close the window. 
4. Upload — Hit “Start a new video project” to begin editing. Under the “Project library” tab, click the “Add” button to import your footage. Choose whether you want to open it from your PC, your photo collection, or the web.
5. Edit — With Photos Legacy, you can adjust existing video footage or create a slideshow out of your favorite pictures. Select from the available editing options, including adding music, trimming footage, or applying filters.
