- If you purchased via the Apple App Store, your subscription is connected to your AppleID, not the method you used to sign up.
- As a reminder, your Apple ID is the account that you use to access all Apple services and make all of your devices work together seamlessly.
- You can see your Apple ID by tapping on the Settings app, and you’ll see your name on the top.
- You can only restore your subscription on devices that are also signed into the same Apple ID. Simply sign in and tap “Restore Subscription.”

- As a reminder, your Google account is the account that you use to access Google services in one place and it is possible to sign in to more than one Google account on the Play Store.

Captions offers monthly and yearly subscription plans, billed through your chosen app store or payment method at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are clearly displayed before you confirm your subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
