If you see a “transcription failed” error when uploading a video, the issue is usually related to your network connection.

Fix

Switch your network connection and try again:
  • If you’re on Wi-Fi, switch to cellular data
  • If you’re on cellular data, switch to Wi-Fi
Then attempt the upload again.
If the error persists after switching networks, try restarting the app and uploading again. If the issue continues, contact support.
