Sound on the tool rail is for effects: whooshes, hits, and other short audio. The panel heading is Sounds.
  • Import sound adds a file.
  • Stock lists effects you can preview and drop on the timeline.
  • Library keeps sounds you have already added.
Place the effect under the frame it belongs to. Trim it on the timeline so it ends with the motion.
